Services

Everything from the first idea to the campaign that fills it — build, brand, demand and the automations underneath. Most clients use the build side and the marketing side together.

Websites, apps, products and the engineering around them — everything a custom development company ships, under one contract.

Web Development

Marketing sites, web apps and e-commerce builds in Next.js and Webflow — fast, accessible, and easy for your team to update without calling us.

Custom Software Development

Internal tools, portals, dashboards and line-of-business systems built around your process instead of a licence you have to bend your process to fit.

Explore →

SaaS Product Development

Multi-tenant products from MVP to paying users — auth, billing, roles, usage limits and the analytics a founder needs to raise or renew.

Explore →

E-commerce Development

Shopify, headless and custom storefronts with the checkout, catalogue and post-purchase flows tuned for the conversion rate rather than the launch date.

Explore →

Websites of Every Kind

Landing pages, brochure sites, multi-location and multi-language builds, booking sites, portals, storefronts. If it lives at a URL and has to earn its keep, we build it.

Mobile Apps

iOS, Android and React Native builds from first prototype to store launch, with analytics wired in before day one so you can see what users actually do.

Explore →

UI/UX & Product Design

Research, flows, wireframes and a design system in Figma that engineers can build from without inventing half of it — and that survives its second feature.

Explore →

API Development & Integrations

REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, webhooks and middleware — the layer that stops your CRM, ERP, store and ad accounts from being five islands.

Explore →

Cloud, DevOps & Hosting

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, backups and a hosting bill that matches your traffic. Deploys that take four minutes and a rollback that takes one.

Explore →

QA & Test Automation

Manual and automated testing across browsers and devices, regression suites in CI, and a bug log that closes instead of growing.

Explore →

Maintenance & Support

Security patches, dependency upgrades, uptime monitoring, content changes and a response time in writing — for sites we built and for ones we inherited.

Dedicated Teams

Developers, designers and marketers embedded in your team on a monthly retainer, in your stand-ups and your tracker, without the hiring cycle or the payroll.

Growth

Demand for the thing we just built: paid media, search, social, brand and the creative that feeds all three.

Performance Marketing

Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns managed against your real numbers — pipeline and revenue, not impressions and vanity clicks.

SEO · AEO · GEO

Classic search, answer engines and the generative results now sitting above them. Technical foundations, entity and schema work, and content structured to be quoted by AI answers as readily as it ranks in ten blue links.

Social Media Management

Content calendars, creative production, community management and reporting — an account that posts with a point of view instead of filling a grid.

Branding & Identity

Positioning, naming, logo, palette, type and the guidelines that hold it together — the reason two ads from you look like they came from the same company.

The plumbing between the two — CRM, automations, agents and the dashboard that tells you whether any of it worked.

In depth

How to choose a partner for this work, and where we fit

Most agency websites list services and leave you to work out which combination you need and whether the supplier can actually deliver them. This page is the other half of that: what the Indian market offers, where each option breaks down, and what we do that is genuinely structured differently.

The four ways to buy this work in India

Every option below works for somebody. The mistake is not picking the wrong one in the abstract — it is picking one whose failure mode happens to be the thing your business cannot absorb.

OptionWorks whenWhere it breaks
FreelancersOne clear task, tight budget, you can manage itCoordination becomes your job; nobody owns the outcome
Specialist agencyOne channel matters more than everything elseThe handover to whoever owns the next stage
Full-service agencyYou want one invoice and one account managerSeveral teams inside one building, with the same internal handover gaps
In-house teamThe work is permanent and core to the businessTwo to four months to hire, and hard to flex back down

We are a fifth thing, and it is worth being precise about it rather than claiming to be all four. We are a small studio where the people who build the product and the people who buy the traffic are in the same conversation — which removes one specific failure and not the others.

The gap that costs the most money

The most expensive failure in Indian digital is rarely a bad website or a bad campaign. It is the space between them. A developer ships the site as specified. An agency runs the campaign as briefed. The leads are expensive, both suppliers can demonstrate they did their part, and nobody can change the thing that would actually fix it.

  • The landing page cannot change, so what the campaign learns never reaches the page.
  • Tracking was retrofitted by a third party, so the ad platform, the analytics and the CRM report three different numbers.
  • The ad promises something the page does not mention, because the page was designed before the offer existed.
  • No single person can see the path from first impression to closed revenue, so nobody can be held to it.

That is the specific problem our structure is built around. Everything else on this page follows from it.

What we do differently, concretely

Four things, each of which you can check before signing anything — which is the point of stating them this way rather than as adjectives.

  1. 01Measurement before media. We do not raise budget on an account whose conversion signal is wrong. Fixing what the algorithm optimises for routinely moves cost per qualified lead further than any creative test, and it is the first thing we do rather than an upsell in month four.
  2. 02One team across the build and the spend. The person who built the landing page is in the same weekly call as the person spending against it, so a page change takes days rather than entering another supplier's queue.
  3. 03Your accounts, your code, from day one. Repository, hosting, ad accounts, pixels, audiences and analytics registered to you. Leaving us is a permissions change, not a migration — which also means we have to earn the next month rather than rely on switching costs.
  4. 04Written scope, fixed price. The number you approve is the number you pay, and the audit that produces it is free and yours whether or not you hire us.

What has actually changed in the last two years

A lot of agency positioning around AI is decorative. Three shifts are real, and they change what a supplier should be doing for you.

Targeting stopped being the lever

Meta and Google now do most of the audience work themselves. What remains under an advertiser's control is the quality of the conversion signal you send back and the volume and variety of creative you can test. An agency still selling audience-building as its core skill is selling something the platform took over. This is why our media work is inseparable from Conversion & Analytics and Ad Creative.

Search now answers without a click

A growing share of queries end in an AI Overview or an assistant's summary. Ranking still matters, and being the source that answer is assembled from matters as much. That is a different discipline — answer-first structure, consistent entity information, sourced specifics — and it is why our search work covers SEO, AEO and GEO rather than rankings alone.

The boring middle of a business became automatable

Lead routing, qualification, follow-up, document entry, reporting. Not glamorous, and the returns are larger and more certain than most of what gets marketed as AI. We build these as ordinary software with a model where a model genuinely helps — see AI Automations and AI Agents by Niche.

Where we are not the right answer

Worth saying plainly, because it is the part that makes the rest credible.

  • Very small media budgets. Below a certain monthly spend a managed retainer eats too much of it. Take the audit, run it yourself, and come back when the budget justifies management.
  • A five-page brochure site nobody searches for. Use Webflow or WordPress. A custom build is capability you will not use.
  • Work that is permanent and core. Hire for it. Nothing beats an in-house team over a three-year horizon, and we will help you transfer the capability rather than protect our position.
  • Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed lead volume. We will forecast from your data and our benchmarks. We will not guarantee, because a supplier who guarantees volume is quietly incentivised to deliver junk.

How an engagement usually starts

With an audit, not a proposal. We look at what you have — the site, the funnel, the ad accounts, the tracking — and write down where the money is leaking, ordered by what it is costing you. You keep that document regardless of what happens next, and a reasonable number of people take it and fix things themselves.

If we do work together, it runs in two-week sprints with a live preview from the first one and a weekly working session on the numbers. The monthly report opens with revenue rather than reach. Most clients start with one service from the list above and add others once they can see what the first one did.

Service questions

A marketing site from us typically runs between ₹80,000 and ₹4,00,000 depending on page count, custom design and integrations. A web app is scoped separately. We quote a fixed price after the audit, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Not sure which of these you actually need?

That is the normal position to be in. Tell us what you are trying to reach and we will tell you which parts of this list are relevant and which are not — including when the answer is that you need less than you thought.
