How we work across the distance
We are based in India, which puts us effectively the same working day. IST is only 1.5 hours ahead of Gulf Standard Time, so the entire working day overlaps. The working week runs Monday to Friday, with Friday afternoons quiet — schedule launches accordingly.

What the law requires here
UAE Federal Data Protection Law, DIFC or ADGM data rules if you are in a free zone, plus RERA rules on how property is advertised and permit numbers displayed.
This is a build requirement rather than a disclaimer at the bottom of the page. Consent capture, data location and accessibility are decided in the first week, because retrofitting any of the three costs more than doing them once.
The problem this solves
The design looked finished. Then engineering asked what happens when the list is empty, when the name is forty characters, when the network drops halfway, when the user has read-only access. None of it was drawn, so all of it got decided in code, inconsistently, by four different people.
- Empty, loading and error states do not exist in the Figma file.
- Every screen uses a slightly different spacing scale, so nothing lines up once it is built.
- There is no component library, so a button change means finding every button by hand.
- The design was never opened on a phone, and the tables are unusable there.
- Nobody tested the flow with a real user before it was built, so the first usability findings arrive as support tickets.
