Discuss your community project01 — Custom software · Team communicationDesigned by Advorize
A private messaging platform where people talk inside the groups they belong to — sites, projects and departments — with tasks, approvals and shift handovers built into the conversation. Based on a custom solution we delivered for a company in Dallas, Texas, and deliberately different from off-the-shelf chat tools.
Pallet 18 on door 6 arrived crushed on one side. Photos below 👇
Requesting 2h overtime for door 6 crew to clear the backlog before the 6 PM trailers.
Gave instructions in a general chat where they scrolled away, then repeated them at handover.
Turns a message into a task with an owner, approves overtime in the thread, and hands over from an auto-drafted summary.
Sites, projects and departments are created from the org structure and people join by role — no channel sprawl.
Any message turns into a task or an approval with an owner and a due time, right in the thread.
At shift change the group drafts a handover from the day's thread — the moment frontline teams lose the most information.
02 — Mobile · CommunityDesigned by Advorize
A home for clubs, alumni groups and neighbourhood communities. Groups, events and people in one place, designed so the quiet majority actually opens it — not just the five members who post.
Missed runs because the details were buried in a 300-message group chat.
Opens the app, sees Sunday's run at the top, taps "I'm in" and adds breakfast.
The banner always shows the nearest event; that is why most members open a community app.
"+44 friends going" outperforms an attendee count for turning lurkers into attendees.
Member search by pace and area turns a group into a network.
03 — Mobile · Community · ResidentialDesigned by Advorize
The app for an apartment complex: approve visitors at the gate, pay maintenance, book the clubhouse and read notices — replacing the security register, the WhatsApp group and the paper receipt book.
Ran down to the gate for every courier and paid maintenance by cheque with no receipt.
Approves visitors from his desk, pays dues by UPI with an instant receipt, and books the court for Saturday.
A visitor waiting is the most urgent thing in the app, so it takes over the home screen with three clear choices.
Every payment produces a receipt instantly — the thing residents used to chase the treasurer for.
Amenity booking is a grid of times; taken slots are visible, so no one double-books.
04 — Community · AdminDesigned by Advorize
The admin side of the Circle community app: members, segments, announcements and payments. Built for one volunteer running a thousand-member club in an hour a week.
Messaged members one by one and tracked payments in a notebook.
Sends one announcement to the right segment, sees RSVPs and payments reconcile on their own.
Announcements go to a slice of members, which keeps notifications relevant and opt-outs down.
Expected reach is shown before scheduling, so admins know who will actually see it.
Every announcement can carry its own response buttons, feeding attendance straight into the event.
05 — Web · EducationDesigned by Advorize
A learning platform for working professionals. The course page sells the outcome and shows the syllabus honestly; the learner dashboard turns a 12-week course into "what to do today".
Bought three courses and finished none — every login started with "where was I?"
Opens "Today", sees the next 14-minute lesson, keeps her streak and her cohort keeps her going.
The home screen answers what to do now, which is what keeps busy professionals going.
One quiet streak counter motivates without turning learning into a slot machine.
Seeing 31 classmates online is the difference between a course and a video library.
